Our services include quality assurance reviews, safeguarding support, governance consultancy, reflective practice facilitation, and related advisory services as described on our website.

 

Our services are advisory in nature. We do not assume management, operational, or regulatory responsibility for any care service. Responsibility for implementing recommendations and ensuring legal compliance remains with the registered provider and registered manager at all times.

Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service in question.
